Returns and Refunds Policy

General Returns:

We understand that a customer can change their mind once the product is received. As a small business, we are unable to offer returns on almost all our products. All sales are final and no returns are accepted unless it meets our exception guidelines.

Exceptions For A Return:

We can only accept returns on products that are damaged/defective when you receive it. Every product is checked for defects before packing and delivery. But, there could be a possibility that it may be damaged by the time you receive it either due to oversight or due to in-transit handling of the package.

Please note that the product specifications including color, size, style, metal composition, polish/plating tone and overall quality are not reasons for an exception. All details of the product are provided in the product description that you can review before purchase.

If you need to do a return because of a product defect or damages in-transit, write to us immediately at connectpej@gmail.com. We will review your case and decide if it is an acceptable return.

Return Process Guidelines For An Exception Return:

The timeline to initiate a return is small. Hence, we encourage you to check the products immediately on receipt. We should receive an email within 2 days from delivery explaining why a product needs to be returned with detailed information and images of defects. A return communication initiated after 2 business days may not be considered.

If a return is approved as an exception, you will receive specific instructions on how and where to return the product. Please note that acceptance of a return is at our discretion.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition that it was received, unworn or unused, with tags if any, and in its original packaging.

Do note that the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Customers can use a shipping carrier of their choice to ship the item(s) back. All items need to be shipped so that we receive it within 10 business days. Credits and refunds will be processed only after the return is approved and items are received in proper condition.

It is important to note that the item(s) sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Also, item(s) sent after the return window of 10 business days will not be accepted and no refunds or credits will be processed in either case. The item will not be returned back to the customer either.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch with us at connectpej@gmail.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Clearance Items

Please note that clearance items are not eligible for returns. Return requests that have clearance items will not be approved or accepted. Any clearance items sent to us without a return approval will not be credited or refunded. The items will not be re-sent back to the customer in case the product(s) are shipped back to us without return approval.

Exchanges

We are unable to do exchanges right now. 

Refunds & Credits

You will be notified that of your refund status once we’ve approved the exception return and we have received and inspected the products. Please ensure you have a valid email address on your account. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
