Returns and Refunds Policy
General Returns:
We understand that the customer can change their mind once the order is received. We offer self-managed returns on our website.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means the customer has 7 days after receiving their order to initiate a return request.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition that it was received in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can use the self-return service from your order history in your account. Or you can use the 'Start Return' link provided on the website in the footer menu under Quick Access to start the return process. This will take you through the return steps with instructions. Please wait for the return to be approved and then follow the remaining return instructions. Note that all returnable items need to be sent or shipped to the following address:

It’s important to note that the item(s) sent back to us without first requesting a return through the link provided in the footer will not be accepted. Also, item(s) sent after the return window will not be accepted and no credits or refunds will be processed in either case.
As a small business, we are currently unable to offer free returns for general returns. For general returns, it is important to note that the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Customers can use a shipping carrier of their choice to ship the item(s) back. Credits and refunds will be processed only after the items are received in proper condition.

Returns Due to Damages or Quality Issues:
Exceptions may be made for damaged items and items having quality issues. As per our shipping and quality policy, it is important to inspect the item(s) in your order, once the order is delivered. If any item is damaged and is not of acceptable quality, the customer can request a return through the 'Start Return' link provided in the footer. All rules outlined under General Returns hold good. An exception may be made in terms of the return shipping cost, and a prepaid shipping label may be provided to the customer. The customer can use this prepaid label to securely package and ship the item(s) back to the us as per the return instructions.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Clearance Items
Please note that clearance items are not eligible for returns. Return requests that have clearance items will not be approved or accepted. Any clearance items sent to us without a return approval will not be credited or refunded. The items will not be resent back to the customer in case these have been sent without approval.
Exchanges
We are unable to do automated exchanges right now. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
You will be notified that of your refund status once we’ve received and inspected your return provided you have a valid email address on your account. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
