Order Cancellation Policy

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that sometimes a customer may need to cancel an order if the order was a mistake, or the wrong item or quantity was ordered.

Sometimes, a store may be out of stock or may identify a defect or damage in any of the items in an order. In such cases, the store may need to cancel the order.

Order Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation of an order:

Currently our website does not have a feature to enable a customer to cancel their order within 24 hours.

For cancellation of an order within 24 hours, a customer can notify us within 24 hours of placing an order by sending an email to support@pretty-elite.com and appropriate action will be taken to cancel the order within an appropriate time frame.

If the order is already shipped or fulfilled before the customer requests a cancellation, the order cannot be cancelled. The customer is requested to make a return once the order is processed and delivered. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds policy for more details on order returns.

The customer can check their order history in their account for order cancellations.

Order Cancellation by Store:

An item may appear in stock on the website but out of stock physically. A quality issue may be discovered at the time of packaging and/or fulfillment. In some cases, the customer details may be incorrect, or a fraud risk may be flagged. In any such case or scenario, the store can cancel a customer’s order automatically. If the customer has a valid email address on file, a notification will be sent on such cancellations. If a payment is already made, the payment amount will be refunded to the customer. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds policy for more details on order refunds.

For any issues with order cancellations, the customer will be notified, and we will work towards a speedy resolution. Actual refunds to the customer’s account will be dependent on their bank or the credit card company.

NOTE: Please note that all order cancellations will be at our discretion. We are not liable for any delays in processing. Every attempt will be made to resolve a customer’s request in a timely manner for the benefit of the customer.
